Ecomax paper-padded envelopes are high-end and entirely plastic-free shipping envelopes that combine optimal protection with an environmentally friendly look. Thanks to the construction of 3 layers of strong kraft paper, the contents are well protected against damage during shipping. The interior is lined with a flexible protective layer of 100 g/m² bubble paper. This shock-absorbing padding reinforces the envelope, absorbs shocks and prevents creases, tears and scratches. Despite their sturdy protection, these durable padded envelopes remain lightweight, which helps to reduce shipping costs. These paper-padded envelopes come with a straight trapezoidal flap with a strong strip closure. The sturdy side seams ensure high tear resistance. Ecomax Premium padded envelopes are fully recyclable without waste separation and are a sustainable alternative to traditional padded envelopes with plastic film. Please Note: The inside is slightly reduced in size by the padding; always choose a slightly larger envelope. We recommend choosing type D14 to send A5-sized contents. For A4-sized contents, we recommend type G17. Please take into account the thickness of the contents and the exterior, as type H18 and larger sizes exceed the maximum letterbox size.

Do you need to print envelopes or packaging with your logo, corporate identity or for a direct mailing? At PIT Packaging you have the option to custom print even small quantities of envelopes. From 100 pieces and up, you can have your envelopes printed with your own logo or design.

If you have the right software to create print files, choose 'upload your print file later'. After going through the steps, a button with 'Template' will appear under the shopping cart button. This working drawing or blueprint is always based on the actual dimensions of the chosen product. You can use this as a basis for your own design software. Even if you have chosen 'Address', an .xls template will appear so that you know how to build up the address list. You can download the detailed instructions with additional explanation about these options via the 'Delivery instructions' button.

If you don't have any graphics software, you can use our online editor. You can directly create a design online by adding your image and/or text to the chosen product. You can create your own design easily and without errors with our online editor. After you have made the design, you place the order and we ensure the correct execution.
